make me a shake

mm I must have protein shake soon

What shall i add, I'm not sure, well milk and protein at least =D. Ne ideas?

There are just so many directions to go. Depends on what you like.

I do different fresh fruit: Strawberries, blueberries are favorites.

Another is banana and peanut butter. Good for the guys that need to gain weight.

Another favorite is replace 1/3 the water with apple juice and add cinnamon. Tastes like an apple pie.

Google protein shake recipes and I’m sure you’ll get a ton more.

I personally like pineapple whenever possible. Pineapples have enzymes which help breakdown and digest protein as well as high vitamin C and other benefits.

The best smoothies are fruit + nuts + dairy or soy milk. I like a little vanilla extract in there too.
