Effective Weight Loss!

But not recommended.

Food poisoning. Got a bad roast beef sandwich Friday afternoon. Spent most of Friday night and Saturday morning emptying myself, from both ends. Couldn't keep anything down for most of Saturday or Sunday.

On the bright side, I've finally lost that stubborn last 5 pounds.

So far it's been soup and gatorade. Not exactly packing on the pounds. But you're right. I do love to eat, when it stays down.

I actually got salmonella from a Lee's chicken once. Lost several pounds, even after I was off the meds, I didn't WANT to eat.
