Rest... Kind of?

Okay so I have not missed a scheduled workout since Christmas. I have recently been performing the intense spartacus workout three days a weeks and riding the other 3 with a Sunday rest day.

I feel completely spent. Should I just suck it up and realize that my workout is intense and pain never feels good or do you think I should stop the spartacus workout for a while and just ride the entire week to recover?

This will be my last week home before going away to college so should I just keep my workout regimen one last week? Thanks guys

Is this (https://www.military.com/military-fit...s-workout.html) the exercise program?
How far and fast do you cycle on your ride days?
