barbell complex for training

im not sure if any of you are aware of this method of weight training. you choose a series of 6 moves, complete 6 reps of each move, rest, and repeat. its a great method for fat loss and defiantly kills your legs. i can hardly stand up. heres my set list.

dead lift
upright row
squat clean
front squat
push press
back squat

i threw up about 15 mins after my session. i am prepared to do this 3 times a week during the winter season. heres a video for all of you looking for more of an idea what a complex is.

Bikes: MTB Agressor for now.

What is a back squat and how does it differentiate from a front squat? I see 1 hamstring exercise and 3 quad exercises. You need to add two hamstring exercises which is near impossible, or you need to drop a quad exercise and add a hamstring exercise. If you lift more on quads than hamstrings you'll develop a muscle imbalance which will actually make both the anterior and posterior muscles weaker. One will be too tight and the other will be too lose to maximize muscle torque. Why not instead of a back squat do a goodmorning.

A back squat is the traditional powerlifting method (bar across your traps behind the neck.) It makes you balance the weight with different muscles (for front squad you need to engage your glutes/erector spinae and for back squats it is more of a general core.)

I'm into olympic lifts so I like this:
Hang Snatch
Behind the neck press
Over head squat
Good morning
Back Squat

5 reps for five exercises. I use 65 lbs of weight and weigh 150 lbs.
