Speaking with a friend, I was again searching for a particular good compendium resource of articles I had found a year of so ago...
Being not the best bookmarker out there, I'm frustrated that I can't seem to find it, again...
So thinking this forum participants are chock full of those references - I'm hoping that you all will post URLs to resources and compendiums of good articles (across sports) for Training and Nutrition/Health that you know...
These would be a great resource for all of us...

I came across this site when browsing stumbleupon, found it pretty interesting...
