Calendar for Customizing a workout plan?
Is there a Desktop/Mobile calendar program/app, for customizing your workouts. I seen a very high end one, probably made for big coaching firms, that gave you the ability to grab a days workout and move it to another day, if you did not accomplish it on the day it was originally scheduled for. I know a mouthful. Hope I explained myself well. I don't think the calendar would have to be Workout specific, maybe a fancy "To-Do List" calendar. I am thinking you can set up a week at a time or a month at a time with 10% increases in volume and have some flexibility on getting that weeks workouts completed.
