I'm sure I'm at the low end of the "training" spectrum. 3 kids, ages 6 and under, so my time is limited. Every week is different for me, but here's what's typical. I aim for 5 workouts per week, and I don't follow a plan of any kind - it's basically what I feel like. Mostly I just workout to be fit, and occasionally I do an organized race of some sort (ocean swim, 5K or 10K, and recently, a Tri.)
Swim: 1x or 2x per week - one Masters workout, one on my own. Total: ~5000 yards
Run: 3x per week (outside or at the gym) with some interval work. Total: ~10-15 miles
Bike: 1x or 2x per week. Total: ~30-40 miles.
Other: spin class once or twice, plus other cardio equipment at the gym.
So, basically, I don't take it all very seriously... although I'm thinking of doing an Olympic distance Tri in October, so I'll probably have to step up my distances a bit...

NOt enough........ I do what I can when I can. Only thing static, is alternating tuesdays and thursdays I do a TT series(more fun then competitive, but some good riders show up so i get pushed). Saturdays of non race weekends I do a long road ride(90+km). Other then that, I just do whatever happens, I run when I feel like it, I swim whenever one of the hot girls on my team wants to go.
In the off months(winter) this is all different, all structured, and I work out pretty much every day.

Depends but generally:
Run 45-50(generally 5-6 runs), with a long run of 12+, an AT and a Brick/Speed Workout
Bike: 4-5 rides: a 2x25-35mi(complments the running speed workout above), 30-40mi, 40-50mi and a long ride
Swim: 3-4 times per week. 1 or 2 of 1200 meters. One of 1500-2000 and one long swim of 2500 or so.
Somewhere around 15 hours a week I suppose.
