how about a half ironman :)
yeah i was bored and couldn't sleep the other night... so i looked up some challenges...

Make sure you do some days just steady state running, and some days of intervals, and then at least one day off for recovery- totally off would be preferable, but if you're a type A, then at least a slow pedalling, easy riding recovery.
