What is a bike dork to do?

So this is MY big dummy thread...

It is not new, merely new to me.

From the get go, I ripped it apart. I still need to do some more ripping and replacing to be what I want it to be, but Josh had a great start (and my other changes will have to wait 'til I prove it to myself that I will use the poop outta it...

So in the probably first one around with this category:

I will try and get around to what I changed, why I changed it and what is still planned to change in the future...
