Scapin ID?
I just picked up this scapin frame set and was wondering if anyone could help me ID the details of it.
Year? groupo?
twin arm strong scapin fork
scapin KT-R name plate on toptube, show side only-
"18mcdv6 double butted" sticker on down tube-
"made in Italy" sticker with EU flag on left chain stay-
serial E102-

I can't give you too much info other than it's probably from the mid to late 90's based on the lack of lugs and the fork crowns. Due to the fact that the EU didn't exist in it's modern form until 1993 (Maastricht Treaty which preceeded the more recent Lisbon Treaty) it would have to have been made after that.
