You're going with an average of the first ten? Is that statistically significant? Are the first ten significant? I know I feel insignificant sometimes.
How many 50+ers hang out here? (<50ers/50-ers are insignificant)
An insignificant 195 can't remember if that is pounds or kg.

Can't decide if what I wrote 6 years ago made sense.

160, near my weight at my peak physical condition in my 20s.
Down from 175 last year when I resumed cycling, and way down from 205 at my heaviest 15 years ago.

66yo, 5' 8.5", 142lbs this morning UP from ideal weight that was 136lbs for my 2013 and 2014 Ironman Florida triathlons. Prostate cancer, bilateral orchiectomy and needed drugs for life have caused a rise in weight that is very difficult to get off. Two weeks ago it was 146lbs. Kind of sucks, especially since I have the Six Gap Century this coming Sunday....104 miles and 11,200' climbing.

5'9 and 159. When in the gym, add about 20 to that.

2008 @ 47 I stepped on the scale at my Dr. 206# I decided then the weight was coming off, bought my 02 Giant hybrid and started riding, changed diet, and went to the gym 5-6 days a week.

6'2" 175 pounds age 55. Weight basically same as college little less actually but still have to be s disciplined eating.
Fact, many years ago 24 to be exact I was running 60-70 miles a week. One Sunday at end of week I noticed I had run 87 miles. So just to say I did it I ran 3 miles that night for a 90 mile week. I will never forget that Monday I was 2 pounds heavier than the week before.
Moral. At some point you cannot run off your eating habits.

well done sir. met a friend I haven't seen in many months. thought he looked ill, like a cancer patient. turned out he had just changed his diet radically. was nice to see he lost his pot belly tho. funny how we stereotype physiques, meaning, I should consider him healthy looking not ill
