Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Bike is ready for the commute tomorrow. Working 5 days a week requires confirmatory test rides of the race bike to double as commuter miles.

Flex schedule, so it's 5 one week, 4 the next week. This is my 5 week.

How did you like Jeff's stuff? Sad story there, but he is making the best of it.

I saw that. It's good, but your wife's stuff is excellent. I put the Chef's Blend on a hot dog with yellow mustard. It was tasty.

The flakes bring the heat. I appreciate that.

Seen the time machine in person and I have to say that it is one of the better looking aero road frames out there.

...I forgot to tell you that if you really want to go to Vegas because you have someone there,
the trip down 395 on the Eastern side of the Sierra is breathtaking in terms of scenery, and also
has a number of interesting stops and sidebars along the way. The West and the open road.
