Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I would have thought that a brain replacement would have been higher on the list than the knees.

Be that as it may, good to hear you're back on the bike. I'm still waiting for you to get a 'bent. You will be assimilated.

Am I the first to say, "Bravo"? That shouldn't be! Nevertheless, tell us more. Pain? Fitness level? Cute therapist? Give us something besides threats.

PT Queen says I can be riding the actual road bicycle within two weeks, which would be 9.26. Goal was to be on the road bike by October, so hopefully that's how it works out. Turns out you don't need quite the range of motion I thought you did to turn a bicycle crank over. I'm only at 95-100º and I'm already starting to do it.

That's just about how I sounded in the grade school band.

Good luck getting back on the bike.
