max tire size for road frame/brakes configuration

I only have a few x-cross races in my area and was wondering if I would be able to fit 700x30 tires in my road Ultegra brake calipers. Any tire recommendation would be welcome. Thanks!

It's as heavy as a rock. I'd say ~29 lbs for a medium frame. It is pretty heavy, but if you want something lighter, you have to look into spending >$500.
