Hex set screws are loose on both sides. I'm not able to get any sideways movement with the axle. So it looks like it comes down to grinding or spreading. Grinding seems safer. Thoughts?

+1. The Skyway is a low-end Bridgestone. I've never seen one with a disc brake. The color, decals, and especially the headbadge are sweet! Just not $170 sweet. You can do better.

Thanks for the good leads T-mar. The dropouts do have adjuster screw holes (with one broken off inside grrrr...). I'll check the seat post diameter once I get it out.

As long as the paint damage isn't too bad, I'd say around $125 in my market. I'd definitely raise the seat up and check to see that the stem isn't raised above minimum insertion point before listing...
