Yes - you need a spacer on the freehub body...

Yes - you need a spacer on the freehub body first, then put the cogset on. Your local bike shop should have one, or your spare parts bin.

Klein Internal Cable Routing ....

I've got a 2000 Klein Quantum Race with internal cable routing, as they all do. In replacing the cables, I had a major fubar and let the nylon sleeve slip out of the frame on the top tube....
