I don't think anyone is saying the whole team should get the same reward as the winner:thumb:

A small star/strip on the bib shorts maybe for the team with the winner getting the jersey + accolades...

What about a compromise? Jersey for most combative would be a fun addition to winners jersey. You still have some big issues especially with smaller races in that aside from the motopacer you viewing...
