I don't think that's the case here, though. Strava won't cause anyone with any sort of sense to go kill themselves or someone else. It's not a flaw in Strava, it's a flaw in a few users.

Strava for cars is not a good analogy to Strava for bicycles. The laws, and consequences, of operating each are too disparate for that to be a valid comparison. Give it up.

Yeah but... bullying is verbal assault. Strava isn't. There's no legitimate purpose, whatsoever, to bullying, which is usually the litmus test for the First Amendment.
