The P1 crit on my $400 day had a first lap prime of $1000. Local guy won it, in spite of Toyota United and Rock & Republic being there in force.

I won over $400 cash in one race with two teammates. $300 with one teammate in another. (Cat 3 and Masters, respectively, no primes, just overall)

Absolutely. Either by breaking out cash and checks, or paying for a meal after the race with it. Split cash, keep prizes unless I don't need it and another team member could use it.
