Help me decide my next frame.
So I want to change frame in the near future. I already have a buyer for my jamis beatnik frame but can't decide from an IRO Mark V Pro frameset or an Unknown LV1 with Leader I806A fork. What would you choose?

EDIT: OK, thanks to you I now have a Fyxation frame on the way and drop bars too. With the 20% off 'blacknovember' code I couldn't resist. I'm definitely thankful, it made the shipping very worthwhile! I can build it up with locally sourced parts and I'll have a fixie that actually fits me right!

Cool. It should make a nice bike for you.
Retrogression is a great place to get stuff. They sell a lot for less than you will find it anywhere else and back it up with the best service you will find.

I wish more American companies were willing to ship directly from their Asian hubs since I'm a stone's throw away from China and Taiwan!

Has anyone even been able to successfully buy an IRO in the past year? I thought they were having growth problems with their success that ultimately put them darn near under.

Go with the Unknown LV. 1. Or if you can afford it, a leader 725. But yeah, the Lv. 1 is really solid. Talk to the guys at your LBS.

Thanks for the suggestion, I've been having same amount of people tell me to get unknown as well as the IRO. The best argument is that our towns streets are really bad for aluminum frames. Still not sure what to get though, and not in a hurry either.

If you decide to go with the Unknown, I would not recommend that fork. Spend a little more for carbon.

I have that fork on my Leader and while it's no longer sea foam, I notice a small difference from steel but it really hasn't been that big of a deal as everyone claimed it would be, I ride 25's too on both bikes.
