It's pretty for a generic "colormatched deep v's and tt protector" type bike. With the seat and bars set up properly i would have nothing really bad to say about it.

Edit: except that the tape doesn't quite match. If youre going to build a bike like this i say you should go balls to the wall.

The saddle looks like a taint killer. Perhaps it is functional for the rider, but it looks more like s/he wanted the deep drop look but didn't have the flexibility to manage the reach.

There's no way anyone's body could be proportioned so that the position of the bars and seat were a good fit. That's just not possible. Are his elbow joints on the inside of his arms? I mean... c'mon!

Although I am looking forward to "beating it up" a little cuz the looks it was getting in The City made me a tad uncomfortable!

Is he going to do what skater posers do (drag their tails/noses of the skateboard along a ledge) to "rough up" his bike?

I don't want to encourage this sort of behavior, but he did knock my hometown at length, so what the hell. If you go to his blog https://www.roccopendolas.blogspot.com/ you will see this-

"I have been reading lots of stuff lately on fixies and bike culture. I get a kick out of the people who claim that people such as myself are "posers!" I know that I, for one, fit no mold. Let's see I like to eat at Morton's, but I tend to prefer cheap Mexican, Chinese, and pizza. I do love Chrome messenger pants and Timbuk2 bags! I listen to Dylan and Springsteen religiously (like every "hipster" does), but I also love funky alternative ****. I have a wife and a kid, and long hair and earrings just so I am not confused for an Irvinian! Can't fixie riders just be themselves, whatever potpourri that happens to be?"

And you will also see his bike set up properly as it left the store, and a pic of him on it.

Nope, that shop sold the guy the bike without straps. You can see the picture in the blog entry where he'a complaining about how hard skidding and riding brakeless is. So, i think that might be a bit shady.

OTOH I notice from the blog that this guy seems to be very intelligent and knows how to use the internet, which means he has no excuse.
