Reamed, tapped, and faced the threadless bottom bracket shell on another Viscount I picked up a while ago. Does that constitute "drewing?"

Today temps were in the low 80's but very windy, so I broke out the geared bike and rode a 37 mile hilly route in full lycra racing kit. Spun out the 52 x 11 on one tailwind downhill, and saw 46 mph before it levelled out. Such fun !

Today I installed new shocks and sway bar end links on the Ranger. Waiting for ball joints and control arms to complete the remainder of the front end work. About to go play drums for a while at ze varehouse.
What is "drewing"? Do you tap it with French or Italian threads since the ID of the shell is 35mm? What do you ream it with?

"Drewing" is removing original bits from a frame to irreversibly convert it to a "cleaner look," i.e. grinding off shift lever bosses or cable guides, or hacking off a derailleur hanger because you're converting to a fixed gear and thus supposedly have no need for things like shift lever bosses, cable guides or derailleur hangers.
I tapped it to Italian thread because the ID of the shell would not allow full-depth English thread to be cut. I used a Bicycle Research reamer to remove enough material for the Italian tap to engage:

my best friend is turning 30 this June, I was looking to buy tickets to take her to The Book of Mormon. Tickets are $185 each [nothing special]! I didn't realize plays were this expensive.
