We're definitely no better than pre-Fagerlin BFnet though. A punk fo sho but kept the BS down a bit. This thread is a joke in itself. OP...use the search function and prepare to read 300 of the same silly topic.

29'er dude...quit trying to convince yourself that you made the right choice by buying a big wheeled bike.

Both of you need to be more specific...like maybe the OP could say "Hey...what size wheels will scoot along Midwest hardpack better." And the 29er guy says "Well for traversing rolling terrain with small to medium size rocks in the trail...the larger wheels will keep your momentum up...but for something like Mountain Biking...with switchbacks, shelf drops, log jumps, trials'y technical climbs...I wouldn't know because I don't do that."
