It's a new'ish ('03) take on rigid bikes by Jeff Jones. He calls it the "Spaceframe".

There are some pics of him hucking the thing off stuff I wouldn't even think about trying on my rigid bike for fear of catastrophic failure. It's supposed to remain laterally stiff for efficiency while being vertically compliant for some absorption. I think it's intriguing...but I'm not quite convinced. I'd like to give one a test ride though just for the heck of it. The Ti frame/fork is almost 4k though. There is a $1500 steel option. Still awefully skeptical when you can find a decent frame with suspension in a similar weight range...though probably not as efficient as the Jones.
