Yeah...now that I'm not riding the Kenda party bus anymore, I'm thinking about branching out a bit. Always wanted to try the Weirwolf, HighRoller, Fire FR, and still the Slant Six. MBAction must'a been smoking crack when they recommended the Nev/Nev as the #1 and #3 on their shootout, but it's for "their" terrain. I'm really not happy with the Nev as a front now that I've spent so much time on the Excavator. It's an okay rear, but I'm either going to go Exc F / Slant Six R...or get away altogether.
I do know that I hated the Mountain King's with a passion. They caused me serious pain...consistantly. I've still got a
pr. of Fire's on the Raleigh. They're like 5-6yrs old now and still not weather-cracked. Still got some tread on there too.
I don't know, I guess I'm going to have to have a really open mind now.
