I've used Wiggle a couple of times. Their shipping was faster than they advertised (and was free since both orders were over $50). The one instance where I had to return something (due to a measuring mistake on my part), they created a shipping label that I printed off, with an address to their U.S. distribution site. If memory serves, there was no restocking fee or anything- just postage to I think North Carolina (?).
