Roadracingworld.com will give you a pretty good idea. He publishes Road Racing World. Runs one AMA team and his son is still racing in the AMA and runs another team.

back from a ride. My fit needs work, it used to be perfect, but 5 months off will do things to your body. My abs and legs just aren't strong enough to hold my body up and it's wearing on my neck after about 30 minutes. I have to stop and stretch my neck and upper back/shoulders occasionally. Already raised the stem a bit, but I guess I'll have to flip it too.

Woo! Boston. That was a stupid expensive way of getting up here. Trains are expensive.
Atleast I made it here before the T shut down.
Got it! Thanks!
Not having tools sucks though. I paid a shop almost 80 bucks to install everything on the bike and set it up, and it came back with a quick link that wasn't fit right...
Need to take it to a shop up here now. What a way to start.
I also am using a 9 speed friction bar end shifter for the rear, as I was packing I realized that I had an 8 speed one so that's going to go on when I feel like swapping it out. Woo!

Finished 5th...stupid tandem...I put in a perfectly placed attack on one of the climbs..got a great gap then this tandem that shows up from time to time drug the whole group back by the end of the descent just before the city limit climb. I was doing 38mph and had to do a 600w+ bridge to get on the tandems wheel when they came by.

Don't know it, tell me more. Location?
Most so called Mexican restaurants cater to gavachos and are either bland or just plain suck. We like Las Fuentes, loud and not very comfortable but the grilled trout is the best anywhere.
I just went to King Torta last week for the first time. Some good stuff there. It's near Lincoln Park.

man, hydraulic brakes are a huge PITA. I'm about to just take it to my shop and let them deal with it. I've got brake fluid all over my kitchen floor now. I cleaned it up, but it's still slippery, at least it's just mineral oil from Magura, not DOT or anything.

dropped the MTB off at the LBS, and had them order me a fairing for my roof rack.
I was planning to go ride MTB tomorrow, but it looks like I'll be on the road bike. Next weekend I'll give them the road bike to fix the BB creak that I can't fix, and ride the MTB instead.
I think the front brake was leaking fluid, which was causing my problem. Probably need to buy a new front brake. And it won't be a Magura. Those things are light, but they're constantly having to be fixed.
