And EDR, thanks for rubbing it in that I haven't been riding much. My skin is like 4+ shades lighter than it's been for a few years. Yuck.

That's amusing coming from a dude with his wife's cleavage as his avatar.
No complaints from me though!
All jokes aside, white guilt is an actual thing. It's like reverse racism against the self almost where the dominant group (white Caucasian males) feel guilty for being white.
Google it for some reading, it should turn up some sociology/african american studies stuff. Then you'll know what I'm talking about. Brown/black guilt isn't a phenomenon you'll see in the US for a good long while, though it probably has been seen in other countries at different points in history when a dominant group (or members of it) felt guilty about what their group had done.

Well on a scale of 1-10, 1(best) being all the good race reporting on Velonews.com and 10 (worst) being anything coming from the mind of John Willcockson, Velocenter slots in somewhere around the middle..it would rank higher if that guys nickname wasn't GoGo and they didn't use Holly.

This may come as a surprise to you but having been on this planet for nearly twice as long as you most of what you seen to find new and amazing is old and not so amazing to me. I know this big wide world of having a job, doing your own laundry and cooking for yourself seems wondrous but it's really not.

I meant no offense to you and I wasn't writing that like 'you should google it you know-nothing' I wrote it like 'google it because it's interesting'. If you know what it is, then great, because many don't. And the recent papers and writing are interesting in concept because of the constructs they describe and such.
In other news, I'm sorry that you don't find wonder in day to day events. This 'big wide world' is vaster now than I'd ever imagined and I'm awed by every direction my life takes. I find that wondrous, and I'll continue to find it as such. Being as ADD as I am, I'm sure I'll find something else of wonder once the world is boring. I doubt that's going to happen though.

Thanks and much appreciated. I'm still a bit foggy but I'll work on it.

Yes John is a strong guy, I don't know him personally but know who he is. Long story short, there are 2 local teams sponsored by PBR we are on different teams.
