I just took some nutella and spread it on a tortilla. Then added some blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries. That was goodness.

stopped by my shop this morning and finished out the MTB build. Got tires, ordered a wheelset that he'll build, some rotors, some sealant.
He also checked out my Pedal Force (why I was there, really) and determined the BB30 spindle is worn and is what's making noise.
Then did a little food shopping
Now alternating between video games and watching X Games.
Nice lazy Sunday.

i think i saw p-clown on my ride today. I rode with roadiejorge for the first 30 miles, and then i foolishly decided to test my legs & do some more climbing by going to harriman state park. on the way down, i saw an old guy huffing & puffing away. brauer mick kit, and the 404 confirms the identity. i thought about stopping & turning back to say hi, but i had enough climbing by then.
basically limped home at a meager 16mph for the last 20 miles and took the subway home.

So which ToC will be the bigger race? Tour of California or the Tour of Colorado? I'm guessing in the end the latter ends up the bigger race.

"Many athletes also claim that they enjoyed significant gains in muscle mass while using clenbuterol." I'm sure they weren't using it for weight loss, there must be another reason. Either the muscle gain, or it masks something.

Wow I don't know if anyone can be more obtuse than that Pastor, and the fact he has people who follow him is even scarier. What always astounds me about people who cannot see past their beliefs is that they refuse to reach into the teachings of their faith and find some compassion in order to peacefully coexist. I suppose that's a bit difficult if your beliefs tell you everyone who doesn't subscribe to the same ideas is burning for eternity or some other nonsense. Here in NYC the Republicans are getting all worked up over an Islamic cultural center near the WTC site and making this non-issue into something to get the yahoos worked up over.

Anybody static balance their wheels? Was checking my front and found it to be fairly out of balance. Ended up using about 6 2x2 inch pieces of athletic tape opposite the heavy point to get it balanced. Not an ideal solution but it sure rolls smoothly now. Anybody have better suggestions?

Not that I noticed. Had the tire off and in a truing stand when I noticed how out of balance it was. Only out of round by about 1mm. Mounted the tire and tube before balancing. It's heavier almost directly across from the stem hole, which makes sense since there's more material there. But I would have thought the stem would have had it back in balance.
