Yeah, I just plopped down on the couch for some Mario Party with my daughter. That worked.

Before training: muesli with yogurt and banana
After training: PB on Wasa crackers and banana
Lunch: egg salad sandwich on Danish rye bread
Dinner: lentils with onions and brown rice, cauliflower sauteed with tons of garlic, anchovies, red chili, topped with romano.
Just now: fruit salad.
Today's been a pretty good day

Best part about Housatonic Hills was the metric ton of free food after the race. Ahhh so awesome after such a hard race. Goddam I love to eat.

mods obviously get to eat twice as much.
I'll be enjoying some fresh clams from Cedar Key tonight. We probably won't be able to get them too much longer..

My wife brought home some seriously weird beverage. It is a "Russian" soft drink that tastes like vinegar, yeast, and rye bread. It has raisins floating in it. I wonder if I drink it and get into a hot tub with an electrical problem if I will be transported back in time.

Getting ready for father's day b-fast at Jim's.
Now that I think about it, it was one of the better Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had.

I am glad I stumbled into this thread. Didn't realize the 33 was so comical. Loads of humor.

Making a kilometer blurry
The last time I ate at a "Jim's" was Thanksgiving Day, 1982. It was at the Jim's on Ben White near I-35 in Austin. It was Thanksgiving dinner. It was really horrible, but my soon-to-be wife (and still is) was moving to my town and we were getting on the road to make her move happen after packing up her apartment in the rain.
Now that I think about it, it was one of the better Thanksgiving dinners I have ever had.
