It's just what's available around my office without going out. I usually stock up with lots of fruit, vegetables, etc. Anyway, I found some chicken in the back of my fridge, so I'm good

down to 157, below my pre-Thailand weight. not exactly sure how that happened. lost 4 pounds in the past 2 days due to a decrease of food sitting in my bowels [ahem].

actually feeling like a bike racer again. goal is to hit 154 by April 1st.

4hour group ride done on a water and 150kcal granola bar. Now I'm drinking a recovery potion (20g whey, 30g sugar) then it's a hot shower and over to a buds for lots of bbq and beer.

best coffees I'd ever had--> Puerto Rican Alto Grande and/or Ethiopian Sidamo.

I was a coffee snob. Worked in a cafe, place imported and roasted their own. Good stuff. I would take home not just "fresh" beans, but still warm from the roasting.

Now, I buy a lb of fair trade beans and it lasts me long time.

Well, between two parties (one for their friends and one for family), mowing the lawn, and shuttling the newly 6-year old Wonder Twins from t-ball and skating lessons, I did not get in a single mile. And I'm full of cupcakes and pie.

I am a very lucky guy.

Fat, but lucky.

Left over stuffed bellpepper with a mix of ground lamb and beef meat, and rice.
Couple free range eggs wrapped in burrito, octopus sashimi and salad for dinner.
On a side note, these eggs just don't cook the same as factory eggs and yolks are so much brighter.

yesterday's intake was interesting at best.

coffee.
breakfast: muesli, coffee, and some prunes.
coffee.
very late lunch: panini w/mozzarela, tomatoes, and tapenade.
2xSt Bernadus Tripel.
finger foods: 1 salmonl on cracker, puff thing with shrimp, greasy and small thin, small cheese roll, something else but i forget.
4 glasses red wine.
half a bag of pickle flavored potato chips on train.
can of jupiler on the train (got to love vending machines that have beer alongside coke and water).

quite healthy, don't you think?

Nice, but lets hope the ratio of lean mass to fat mass lost was a little better than that.

If you kept all your muscle that's like what 4 - 5 of these?

there were some ridiculous brownie cupcakes left in the kitchen that fueled an impromptu bodyweight workout, but it must be said that my studying productivity went way up (when I could sit still)
