How about this?

It's a Raleigh Dl-1 Tourist. An older rig that can still be found and very serviceable. They go for some pretty good change on Ebay but I've seen similar models for very cheap needing some work around here. In fact I have a Sport model sitting in my carport right now waiting for the spring flipping season. My LBS has one exactly like the one pictured hanging in the back room he might be willing to part with as well.

This new one is a dutch bike and will set you back some serious change:
