I got out for an hour of grunting today. The trails were covered in ice and packed frozen trodden snow with hiking bootprints everywhere. Bumpy...OMG!!! I usually run upwards of 40psi in my studded tires to keep the studs facing the right way, but I dropped my pressures from 40 down to 15 (I'm 200lbs, haha)

It's amazing how much nicer the ride is with so much less pressure. I figured it was a grunt-fest anyways b/c there's no place to get up any speed, so I wasn't worried about pinching out.

I did actually get to the "vomit" point though. I thought to myself "Self...if you push a little harder, you could tell the world you rode so hard you lost your lunch...that or you could ease off just enough to keep lunch in it's proper place." I chose to keep my pizza down.
