Suntour Micro Lite freewheel help?

I have 2 of these nifty freewheels. One of them has some chipped notches for the removal tool while the other looks nearly new. Both have a range of gears I don't really want for my build so I'd like to swap cogs around and put them on the better body to get the range I want.
Anyone ever swap cogs around on one of these? The only freewheel I've ever taken cogs off of was a Zeus. I just used 2 chainwhips and spun the end cog off. Is this one like that? I don't want to mess it up and I have a feeling that it would be easy to chew it up if I don't do it right being basically all aluminum.....

Thanks
