Any suggestions for what could replace "share the road" signs, that doesn't imply something location specific such as "may use full lane".

I've seen the "Cyclist May Use Full Lane" signs in Maryland but not DC - probably because MD bike law says to ride to the right "as far as practicable", whereas in DC the cyclist may take any part of the lane he/she pleases, or even split lanes.
