Second one in a week I think. Luckily this cyclist survived to ride again.
Guess this driver won't think much of the 3 foot rule the GA legislature just passed.

I've heard that the Atlanta area is pretty bad for cyclist. Hope the cops actually take it seriously and actively look for the guy.
