Silca pump gauge replacement ?

Hi guys, I'm new to the forum and apologize in advance if this isn't the right place to post this question.

I have a Silca floor pump I purchased in the mid-90s. Recently my 12-year old son dropped the pump cracking the plastic gauge cap and cracking the psi face, rendering the gauge useless. The gauge is mounted on top of the brass reservoir, which seems to be a different location than the silca pumps current sold on the silca website.

Can I use the replacement gauge sold on the Silca website for my old pump? My pump looks like the attached image. Here is an image of the silca replacement gauge. (I am not permitted to post a link unfortunately)

Sincerely, a cheap skate who loves his old silca floor pump. -Brad

You Can Try..

You contact the Company thru the shop you bought the pump from?

I have a 30 year old Silca that still works. the base of yours is better, mine falls over easily.

Silca . cc owns the company now , all the Italians were sacked and the old doors locked.

Yep, but double check w/ Silca anyway when ordering, they are quick to respond with their loyal owner base under the new ownership:

"210psi replacement gauge for all Pista and Super Pista pumps from the 1960's to 2013".

REPLACEMENT PARTS

All SILCA pumps have been rebuildable since 1917. Over the years we've updated and modernized some components, while others have remained nearly identical to their original selves. With a little attention and care, your SILCA pump will work as good at 25 or 50 years old as it did the day it was new."

Bikes: too many sparkly Italians, some sweet Americans and a couple interesting Japanese

Email Joel Blair at:sales@silca.cc, add picture of your pump and he will fix you up with the model numbers.
