Heh... too bad it's not one of the early Dahon "Joule" hubs (made by Sanyo). You might get some ideas HERE.

That's not likely to be a do-it-yourself repair.
Might be covered under warranty... worth a try.

Is that black 'spacer' holding the spade contacts plastic ?
If the missing contact was just ripped out, it might be possible to jam/glue another (suitably modified) spade into the hole and achieve contact with whatever wire/conductor is below.
I'd check for continuity between the surviving contact and inside the hole before doing anything permanent.
