Fixed/Fixed

I have a wheel that's currently set up fixed/free. (flip flop)
How easy is it to convert to fixed/fixed?

first you need a fixed/fixed flip flop hub, then you need to lace it to a rim.
or buy a fixed/fixed wheel.
