Not BBQ, but BB Q. I have a brand new 7900 BB, and a 3000-4000 mile 7800 with ceramic bearings from excelsports. Which should last longer? Work better with current mileage? I put the 7900 on my bike, but am considering swapping it out for the old one... Thoughts?

Bikes: 2008 Novara Randonee - love it. Previous bikes:Motobecane Mirage, 1972 Moto Grand Jubilee (my fave), Jackson Rake 16, 1983 C'dale ST500.

No real way to tel which will last longer. A properly broken in bearing is usually smoother than a new one.
