SRAM and Shimano component interchangeable?
I currently have SRAM X-7 "trigger" shifters on my bike. Is converting over to Shimano XT "trigger" shifters compatible?
Is there any benefit of even doing so?
Thank you!

I believe your SRAM RD and rear shifter uses a 1:1 pull ratio while Shimano is 2:1 so you'd need to replace the RD along with the shifters.
Unless there is a problem with your current shifters, I doubt there is a benefit to changing.
