Puncture Kit

I few years ago, I had purchased a puncture kit, most probably from Nashbar (not knowing it is a clearance store).
The kit has 2 tire levers as a lid and it is very useful as I fixed a few flats over the years.
Wonder if anyone knows where to get a similar one. I need a couple more but can't find them anywhere.

Looks like they would be hard to find in the US. A few places in the UK have them listed:

Bikes: too many bikes from 1967 10s (5x2)Frejus to a Sumitomo Ti/Chorus aluminum 10s (10x2), plus one non-susp mtn bike I use as my commuter

Unless you need more complete kits to keep on various bikes, why don't you purchase a decent normal patch kit, and swap the contents into your cleverly designed box?

Just pick up a Bell kit at Walbigbox for three bucks, throw away the glueless patches, keep the box with the 3 tire levers, put a couple of decent patches and a tube of cement in it.
