My 2009 trek fuel ex 8 needs a new headset it came with VP-A58ACT-TK AHS semi-cartridge headset can you advice which one i need to get to replace it, i think its integrated but not sure, ta

From the Trek site https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en/bikes...rchive/fuelex8, it shows a standard headset, you can confirm this by going through the cane creek headset finder https://www.canecreek.com/headset-fit-finder and following the instructions. You would need an external cup 1 1/8th (a)headset

If you are unfamiliar with how to replace a headset or don't have the correct tools, it's often a job better left to a LBS, especially as you have a higher end frame.
