IMO Locktite is to wheel building as plastic wood is to cabinetry.

It makes later retruing very difficult and just about guarantees spoke windup. I just finished overhauling a wheel set for a friend that had spokes/nipples treated with some sort of adhesive. What a b*tch.

I was surprised the way the article was written, because I'd recognized the name.
However, when you use terms such as only, always, never etc., paraphrasing isn't an issue. This isn't Inside Edition with Debra Norville.
All we have is words and sometimes pictures to communicate with on these forums. Accuracy matters.
