Apparently rare Diamondback skindog... Help?

Apparently rare Diamondback skindog... Help?
I bought this chrome skindog at a garage sale the other day. A guy in the neighborhood says it's early 90s but the first skindog is '99? Looks similar to the 2001 but it's not. Black grips, crank says "Prime U.S.D.B Choice" on it, 4130 cr-mo main frame. I can't find anything on it except a single listing on allllllllll the internet... Heading says
If anybody knows anything about it, I'd really appreciate the info!

If you just copy/paste into Google

Franko Grind edition? Pretty rare if I recall correctly but not particularly valuable. There coincidentally happens to be a similar one listed on craiglslist in my area selling for $60

Idk, I'm no expert. I know the one I found sold on eBay for $200. I'm just looking for more info, not sure what info exactly tho... I'll look into the franko grind ed more but thanks so much for the help!

I would really like to know the year... The guy who was telling me about it said it was earlier nineties than the skindog line... Can't remember exactly what he told me tho. He did say it was some special edition tho.
