Yeah, it pays the bills. It would just be nice if I didn't have 8 bosses so when everytime they screwed up I wouldn't catch hell for it 8 times.
It's not my job to order material, if we don't have it I tell them, after that it's out of my hands and they still never order it. And the biggest problem about that? It's an assembly line system, and I'm the first step. If I don't have mat, I cant do work, and if I cant do work, nobody else can.
If there is another repeat of tonight, they have two weeks for me to train somebody else. Then I'm gone.

Don't feel bad, I have not an artistic bone in my body. I enjoy art, love art, find joy in art.

Sounds like a stupid system, but I know what it's like having too many bosses who all want to blame the lowest person on the totem pole
.Rule #1 for a (bad) boss--never admit that you made a mistake.
Rule #1 for a (good) boss--don't blame the guy below you or above you, when it's your own fault. Just straighten out your mistake, and don't let it happen again.

It would be one way of getting more young girls into BMX, eh? Although a bit complicated with the drivetrain, if I'm looking at it correctly.

Not to mention that it's a far classier concept than 'My Little Pony'
.
Probably wouldn't be sparkly and pink either

Brown, white, or black. Spots included.
Speaking of colors I might paint my bike soon.

The important thing is, are you a woman? Because if not, it's not allowed to be your favorite.

Oh crap did I type that?
Must have had the wrong window open, I thought I was commenting a picture on an adult site...
But really I was just referring to the composition, lighting, etc of that pic.
That camera takes awesome photos.

Thanks.
That photo was a lot of work... the place is an hour from my house, and I had to carry 3 tripods, both cameras with 2 lenses, 2 flashes, umbrella holders and umbrellas about half a mile into the rocks to find that spot.
When I came up with the idea it wasn't supposed to be a self portrait, there was this chick who I asked to be the model for it, and she agreed but then changed her mind.. it kind of depended on having a native american woman with long hair and a dress that contrasted with the blue sky.
Having some white guy sit there instead would have completey ruined it if the location hadn't been so good. Now it only partially ruined it, and it makes a decent self portrait for me to use.
Come on, you other people can post your stuff too, I know you've got some.
