Found out that there's a number of sandstone arches around here, and how to get to 2 of them so far. I almost didn't have enough ground clearance to get in there for the car shot. Come to think of it, that was stupid, it would have been a 6 mile walk to the highway if I got stuck.

Front wheel drive cars are pretty damn effective in loose stuff. I've never really driven a 4-wheel-drive truck off road, but our truck with rear wheel drive is almost scary in snow or mud. Even though it's higher, I wouldn't drive it most of the places I've taken the car because it gets stuck too easily.
I wish I had been able to go joy riding off road in the 08 silverado 4x4 I drove for a day for work last year...
