Why would your next bike be pegless? And do you think you can grind on the other side? I know I can't.

Because that's the setup I like best, so my main bike will be that way, with the other one having 4 pegs so I can be like all the other riders if I go to new york or something. I can't grind on both sides yet, but with some practice I probably could.

I want to trim both sides down to the nut itself. My big feet hit them on manuals and stuff sometimes.

And it looks cleaner. I want to take it to a shop to have it done, i'm not good at cutting things straight, my seat post is so crooked haha.

keep the nut on, cut next to it and then when you take the nut off it'll clean it up.

If you really wanted to get fancy you cut a few threads after the nut then chamfer it with a file.

man those bars just too wide. Unless you have super broad shoulders there no need for them to be that wide. Cut em!!!

Not all New Yorkers ride 4 pegs. I happen to rock two pegs and a brake (that will probably be coming off).

It's my bike, I'll ride it the way I like and I will mod it the way I like.

It's all personal preference, i surly could run smaller bars like i used to (S&M Mediums) but i wanted taller bars with more sweep, and they happened to just be in style/use by my favorite riders.

In other news, has anyone seen how Mike Aitken copied me with his frames new colorway and his new taste for wider bars? Whata jerk.

Your chain is on backwards.

Ya, it should be facing this way on the chainring.

If you have ti the wrong way bad things happen, it stretches even quicker and is more prone to breakage.

Mine's on backwards too, oh well.. I don't have a chain tool that will work with it so I can't adjust it, and of course I'm too poor to afford one.
