'06 Specialized Fuse III, Animal Edwin grips, Odyssey Jim C. unsealed Al pedals. Decided to put the brakes on for at least the weekend (going to Denver). Used an old straight cable, and it's not set up as well as it can be. But the pads grab the rim when I pull the lever and let me stop, and they don't rub when I don't pull the lever. Works for me, besides I'll probably take them back off. |
nice bike man

cool bike

I gotta get me some JC's, but they're so much money down here.
I just use a pair of sealed Oddy Twisteds with long pins, they're ok, but not the greatest. |

My girlfriends sister just gave me a Kuwahara Scamp circa 1984. Damn near mint condition, original grips, pads, brake pads, tires, tubes, and even frame stands.
Its the hot pink model. |
I'd say he missed post 1,000 by a bit. Anyway, I think my wife would really like the Kuwahara. Want to send it to the US?
