I have this Raleigh frame, I built it up, but I cant identify it. It has vitus dropouts with no eyelets, no serial number , seat stays fluted/scalloped at the top where they join the top of the seat tube and when I stripped them they were not gas pipe but hollow. The frame weighs in a 2000 grams. the top tube has two divers helmet cable stops for the rear brake outer cable, one at the from/top and one at the rear/top. I sprayed it in Team colours, as a kid back in London, I always loved that colour scheme, my cousins had Europas in that colour...any ideas

Also it has either Prugnat S4 or Haden Royal Soverign Lugs...Im not sure...
